Why don't you ask for an email?
We don't need one. You log in with a username and password, support runs through Discord, and you reset your password once you're signed in. The less we store, the less there is to ever leak.
What happens if I don't buy in time?
If you don't make a purchase within 24 hours of signing up, the account gets deleted. The username and UID go back in the pool for the next person to claim.
Can I move my key to another PC?
Yep, once per cycle. Your key locks to your hardware the first time you launch, and you get one reset on the dashboard if you reinstall or swap parts. Need more than that? Open a ticket.
Do you do refunds?
No — all sales are final since access is delivered instantly. But if something broke on our end, open a ticket and we'll sort it out.
