Why no email?
Because we don't need one and you don't need us to have one. Authentication is username + password, support is Discord, password recovery happens once you're signed in. Less data on file is less data anyone can leak.
What happens if I don't buy in time?
Accounts that don't complete a purchase within 24 hours of registration are auto-purged. The username and the UID both go back into the public pool — the next paid registrant claims them.
Can I move my key to another machine?
Yes, once per cycle. Each license is HWID-locked at first launch; you get one self-reset on the dashboard if you swap parts or reinstall. Anything beyond that is a Discord ticket.
Refunds?
No. All sales are final — software access is delivered immediately and can't be returned. If something on our side genuinely failed, open a ticket and we'll make it right.
