Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 May 2026
1. Overview
These Terms govern your access to and use of Crythos (the "Service"). By creating an account or completing a purchase you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to everything written here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register an account or purchase access. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account & identity
One account per person. Sharing accounts, sharing access keys, or operating multiple accounts to game scarcity tiers will result in immediate, permanent termination without refund. The UID assigned to a paid account is yours for the lifetime of that account; if the account is closed or purged, the UID returns to the public pool and may be reassigned.
4. Payments & refunds
All sales are final. Software access is digital, delivered immediately, and cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, account termination following a Terms breach, third-party platform updates that temporarily affect availability, or any reason other than documented failure on our side to deliver.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency payments are handled manually through a private ticket and confirmed on-chain. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support will result in permanent account termination and may be disputed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell, sublicense, or redistribute access; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source from delivered software; share builds outside the buyer environment; harass other members; or use the Service to violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, fitness for any particular purpose, or compatibility with any third-party platform whose policies are outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support in Discord. Closure does not entitle you to a refund of unused time.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact
All support, billing questions, and disputes are handled through our Discord server. Open a ticket and a staff member will respond.
